SPICEWORKS Inventory App Scan Flow
Users were having trouble getting their devices scanned into the Spiceworks Inventory App successfully due to issues with Windows Firewalls, anti-virus and a myriad of other security related issues. In addition to this problem, they were not aware that many of their devices were missing information because the app wasn’t actually connecting to the device successfully through their admin credentials.
Move the device scan flow to the front of the process and provide them with a way to fix issues that occurred while trying to connect to their devices. We wanted to provide more information and fix flows to help them get more devices scanned and into their Spiceworks Inventory.
